The CPU Limit application was designed to be a small command line tool that will limit CPU usage by any other program. This can be usefull for example for those users, who use distributed clients and have problems with CPU overheating.Usual application mode:Start it - by start cpulimit.exe after configuring cpulimit.iniStop it - by start cpulimit.exe with key /qProgram must be restarted after changing cpulimit.ini to apply new settingsSystem service mode:Install - extract cpulimit.exe and execute cpulimit.exe /installStart - net start CPULimitStop - net stop CPULimitUninstall - cpulimit.exe /uninstallService must be restarted manually after changing cpulimit.ini to apply new settings features of"CPU Limit": · Edit cpulimit.ini file for configure program · Can work as usual application or as system service · As application can control only those processes, that run under current user account · As service can control all processes, including other services
