CPSIM Description

CPSIM is a handy, easy to use application specially designed to help you with the simulation of genetic maps and markers in cross pollinated crops. Usage is simple: enter the length, the Nloc and the percentage ab x ab and then hit the 'Create Map File' button. You can also use it to view existing maps.
