CMW Forms is a form based record and process management solution which can be used to automate the storage, retrieval and processing of business information. Information is captured using electronic forms and saved on a central server. Forms can have an associated workflow and this can be used to define how the information will be processed. Using, administering and customizing CMW is a very simple process that requires very limited IT knowledge and experience. You will be able to create and customise forms with relative ease and without the need for any database or programming training or experience. Key features of CMW are as follows: You can create new or customise existing forms. Forms are defined by specifying the fields/attributes that should be displayed to the end user. You can create new or customise existing attributes. The forms are dynamically generated. There is no need to define the layout using a form designer. CMW will automatically create all the required storage, queries and filters. Each form can have an associated workflow. The workflow can be used to define the process that will be applied to the form data. CMW stores its associated data in areas called Workspaces. Each workspace has its own associated users and forms. Using this feature you are able to create collaboration zones where different users can share information. Information stored in one workspace is not visible in another.
