BmPm Mgt Description

Current version of BmPm mgt can adopt just one Currency (ex: USD) and one single language Main Objective: To organize, control, and manage billing and related maintenance operation; and evaluate customers via statistics and reports provided. Can be adopted in parallel with any existing Stock / Accounting System, in order to get the following functionalities: 1. Billing management a. Record creation based on (Client, Item, Status, Amount, and Due Date) b. Follow-up collection activities and History will be recorded when needed based on (Client feedback / reason, creation date, and next contact date) c. Billing performance by client can be generated based on Follow-up activity frequencies d. Generate reports based on (Date, and billing Status) e. Global view statistics related to (Outstanding bills, Un-collected and due bills) f. Possibility to be linked to the original Stock / Accounting system based on (Item Reference, Invoice Reference, and Receipt Reference) 2. Maintenance management a. Record creation based on (Client, Item, Type, Dates, and Spare Parts) b. Maintenance records can be differentiated based on Maintenance Type (Under Guarantee, Maintenance Contract, and customized types can be created when needed such as Preventive Maintenance) c. Spare Parts can be recorded linked to maintenance operation d. History to all maintenance activities differentiated by Type e. Generate reports based on (Date, and Maintenance Type) f. View customers based on Maintenance Type g. Global view statistics related to (Expired Maintenance Under Guarantee, Expired Maintenance Under Contract, Total number and amount by Maintenance Type) h. Possibility to be linked to the original Stock / Accounting system based on (Item Reference, Invoice Reference, and Receipt Reference)
