Big Mouth Scraper is for collecting data from YELP. Has been built for use on yelp.com and yelp.co.uk and has been tested on both. Although we have left the domain suffix open for modification for testing on other domains, we have only tested on .com and .co.uk. This is a two part process scraper: PART 1: Collecting links from YELP. This allows you to search YELP and collect the links on the results page. You can continue to collect more links from multiple searches and you can import and export the links as a text file. PART 2: Collecting data from YELP links. You can import YELP links from text files, or use what links you have in memory (from PART 1). You may choose to download images for each business or not (image size 250x250). Then scrape data from all of the YELP links and download images with fast multi-threading technology. The data saved in output CSV file as separate columns: YELP Biz Link; Business Name; Business Website; Business Phone Number; Business 1st Line Address; Business Locality (City/Town); Business Postcode; YELP Categories Used; Business Longitude; Business Latitude; Business Hours; YELP Attributes Used; Image URLs.
