This is a batch processor, thus you would be able to process a bunch of documents at a time. You would be able to set both the owner and user passwords. Once a PDF file is protected with open user password, it cannot be accessed by unauthorized users. User is prompted for password when opening the document. The owner password adds various user level restrictions such as disabling of PDF modification permissions, to block PDF content printing, to prevent PDF text and graphics copying on clipboard, to restrict PDF signing, commenting and form filling etc. Encrypting PDF with strong encryption bits ensures that only intended recipients can open the document with supplied password and it can be used with limited permissions. This utility works with Windows versions right up to Windows 7. The interface is quite intuitive and simple to use. The main display area is used to set up the batch list. The controls are intuitive enough for beginner user too to get started easily. Once the batch list is created, you are required to set the security restrictions and the required passwords.
