Bada Description

Bada is an audio player, built with Java, which lets you listen to songs from your hard disk, CDs, DVDs, USB sticks and other portable storage units. This software tool is portable, which means you can skip the installation process. As a result, the Windows registry and Start menu are going to remain unchanged, and there will be no leftovers after its removal. You can copy the program files to any location on the HDD and simply click the executable in order to run it. You can also drop the last mentioned files to any removable device and open Bada on any computer available to you, without having to go through the setup process. The interface is fairly crude, yet intuitive. This means that both experienced and novice users can find their way around it, without encountering issues. It contains a few playback controls (e.g. previous, start, next, end, skip etc.) and a playlist panel. This app does not feature a volume bar. This is considered to be quite a significant drawback, when taking in to account its main purpose. You can add an unlimited number of songs to the player, by clicking the “Add” button. The “drag and drop” function is not integrated, a small setback when considering the fact it could have helped users manage audio files in a more efficient way. All in all, Bada is a pretty decent piece of software, with a good response time and an insignificant usage of system resources. However, it could benefit greatly from an update.
