Azotix Active Organizer Description

Azotix Active Organizer is a client that allows to use Google Calendar and Google Contacts. These services are available for all Google registered users. Anyone with a GMail account can use them. This utility lets you use the services without logging to the Google site, just from your desktop. It will not only show you your Google Calendar, with the appointments and events already entered. It will also allow you to enter new events, that you will then see in your calendar from anywhere, using this client or not. For each event, it is possible to enter the exact date and time, duration, repetitions and end. You can also enter the place of the event, as well as a text message that will help you to write down everything you need to remember about that event. You can also use the program to see the Contacts and Groups that you have entered, or add new contacts, and form new groups. It is possible to configure the program to start when Windows starts, schedule reminders, synchronize Calendars and Contacts regularly, choose the day that will be shown as the first of the week, choose where will you look for Contacts, check for updates or notify the author about problems with the program.
