Athlete's Database is an easy to use application that will analyze and track cardiovascular workouts such as cycling, swimming and running. This software makes it easy to record and analyze daily exercise statistics, maintain accurate records, and isolate factors that improve performance. It can be used by runners, weight lifters, cyclists, swimmers, rowers, paddlers and fitness oriented people of all types. The tools included with this software include a logbook, calendar, statistical analysis tool, graph tool, report generation tool, search utility, metric to English calculator, pace calculator, and heart rate monitor. Each tool is represented by its own window which can be opened and used concurrently with other tool windows. Tool windows can also be stacked, minimized, tiled, or cascaded so that multiple tools can be viewed at the same time. Use the logbook to record and view daily information, the search tool to find information, the calendar tool to view information by month, the statistics and graph tool to analyze information, and the report tool to print information. The calculator tool is also very useful for fast calculations or metric to English conversions, and the heart rate monitor tool is ideal for checking your resting heart rate.
