Aplos Description

Simplicity: We proudly have only six primary buttons on the home screen. Aplos won't let you "mess up" either, for example you can only post a journal entry if it is in balance. Efficiency: Aplos was designed with the part-time volunteer in mind, which is why when you enter transactions Aplos automatically populates your giving statements and also automatically updates your people database. Flexibility: Since no two organizations have exactly the same needs, we created a flexible program to meet your needs. You can use the standard chart of accounts we set up or you can edit, add, and delete accounts until your heart's content.
