AltaTimer Description
AltaTimer is a multi-step, multi-level timer program for the Windows operating system. You can use it for timing everyday tasks that can be broken down into smaller steps. You can divide each step further into smaller steps in a hierarchical manner. Its ideal for timing your exercise routines for Yoga or Pilates, or for cooking, or similar activities. You can play sounds signaling the start and end of each step, or at regular intervals during the step. While the timer is running, you can pause it, skip forwards or backwards, or seek to any step.
