Advanced Hide Folders Description

Advanced Hide Folders is a program with a pretty self-explanatory name - it allows you to hide folders on your computer. This piece of software can be trustworthy if you share your computer with multiple users and prefer to maintain a certain level of privacy. The interface of the tool is based on a standard window where you can import folders via the tree view or 'drag and drop' method. It is possible to hide multiple items at the same time. Once you click the green button, the folders are automatically hidden and remain in this state until you disable this option (you may have to refresh the page in order to view results). Advanced Hide Folders comes with two modes available - visible and stealth; you can easily toggle them after specifying a keyboard shortcut. Additionally, you can assign a password to the app and make it automatically hide files at the system startup. If you have uninstalled the tool and forgot to disable the hide mode on your folders, make sure to restart the computer - this undoes the action. The program uses a low amount of system resources and has a good response time. No error dialogs have been displayed throughout our testing and Advanced Hide Folders did not freeze or crash. However, the application has some limited features. For example, you cannot hide only specific folders that are listed.
