As no antivirus program is perfect, this program exploits the strengths of each antivirus vendors proprietary detection algorithm, and speed of providing a cure to new viruses. Any viruses not detected by one engine will be detected and killed by another. You can select one or more antivirus engine to scan your computer. Supported antivirus software are: Norton AntiVirus, McAfee VirusScan, Dr. Solomon's Anti-Virus, Inoculan AntiVirus, AntiViral Toolkit Pro, Command AntiVirus, F-Secure Anti-Virus, and Sophos Sweep. This trial version of Admiral VirusScanner requires an Internet connection. The registered version costs $34.95.
