AccuZip is a software that will save money by helping to eliminate return mail and duplicates, update mailing lists with NCOA and validate addresses to the point of delivery. This application will avoid having to cleanup mass mailing lists saving time on verification, validation and elimination. Features include: Data Import support from popular formats. - Excel, Access, Tab Separated Text Files, Comma Separated Text files, Import speed is impressive at up to 130 million records per hour. Export Data - Ability to export all or some of the fields in the list and define the scope of records with a wide choice of file types such as Excel. Duplicate detection - Search for duplicates using the basic method of comparing households, addresses, people or custom detection method based on any field or group of fields in the database. - Duplicate records are exported into a list so the customer can determine which record is to be kept, sorting by newest, most information, etc. - AccuZip will create the extra fields to maintain this information and can use these fields when printing if desired.
