Accenter Description

The Accenter program is not much to look at, but it affords quick access to accented characters without memorizing lengthy alt key-code combinations. Once running, an icon should appear in your taskbar near the system clock. Right-click the icon for more options. To use accents, place the cursor to the right of a character you wish to accent, and press F6 or F7 on the keyboard to cycle through possible accents for that character. It also works with nearly all windows applications and text-windows. Pretty cool, eh? Now French isn't that hard as we may thought.
