For example, you cannot configure any settings regarding the AVI or GIF files. Also, the fact that batch processing is not supported is major downside. The interface needs a little work as well, since it's outdated. In addition, AVI GIF Converter pops up an error and automatically crashes when dealing with files that have more than just a few seconds in length.
