AMazer is a lightweight Yahoo! gadget designed to help you solve random mazes. It comes in handy for all users who are constantly looking for a desktop enhancement utility. It sports a clean and straightforward interface that allows you to set up the entire process with minimum effort. AMazer generates random mazes, and lets you solve them using your mouse or pressing the arrow keys from the keyboard. What’s more, you can make the widget solve the maze, show tooltips during the game, select the size of the maze (small, medium, large), as well as set up the parameters related to path direction and intersection. It doesn’t come packed with many configuration settings of its own, and for this reason even rookies can make the most out of every single built-in feature. Other important options supported by the Yahoo! Widget Engine allow you to make the program remain on top of other utilities, ignore all mouse events, prevent the panel from being dragged, hide the tool, as well set the transparency of the widget. During our testing we have noticed that AMazer carries out a task quickly, displays very good image quality, and no errors showed up throughout the entire process.
