AIDA Description

AIDA is an application designed for computation of spatial autocorrelation indices from DNA data. Previous versions allowed for sequence data, RFLPs, SNPs, or other data that could be represented biallelically. This current updated version of AIDA allows for microsatellite data, using both In nite Allele (IAM) and Single-Step (SSM) Mutational models. AIDA calculates the AIDA statistics, II and cc, analogous to Morans I and Gearys c, respectively.
