If you are ACT! user and prefer to receive and send emails with Microsoft Outlook then ACT! Connect will help you attach any incoming or outgoing emails to ACT! Contact Group or Company record.When you receive an email just right click on it and choose Export to ACT! When you compose an email click Send And Export to ACT!History record will be created with body of the email as a description. You can also link multiple emails from your Outlook inbox/outbox to a history record in ACT! Want to sync your ACT! contacts with Outlook and other devices like Windows mobile phones, Blackberry, iPhone, Palm? Just click Send to ACT! straight from Outlook Contacts screen. Contacts will be synchronized with ACT! then your can sync them back to your mobile device!
