From the program’s start page, you can choose the operation that you want to execute. Once you have selected one, a separate window opens up. I was pleasantly surprised to find that each of the windows has its own default theme. The implicit skin can be easily changed in case you prefer another design. In addition, there is a short action guide displayed in each window. This helps to correctly execute the operations. If you start with the DVD Ripper option, you should know that in the trial version you are allowed to convert only 5 minutes of the original video. I consider that it is quite enough to test this feature. The loaded file list is presented in a very useful tree-view mode. The main nodes can be expanded to see its contents (if any) and collapse them back. If you right-click on any item from the tree, the context menu pops up and allows you to arrange the items in the tree, to remove and rename the selected file. Moreover, you can set up the video and audio parameters, as well as 3D settings for any selected tree member. The profile settings can be saved to a file for later usage. You may also select a couple of items and merge them into one single file. The main advantage of this tool is the variety of the supported file formats. What's more, you can edit the video before conversion – create it in 3D, crop the active window, apply effects, add watermarks, and set the background audio track. You can also take snapshots while previewing the video. If you want to make a DVD, you may choose to create it with or without a menu. This tool has the ability to create ISO files. However, the ISO creation stopped at 100% and never gave any either positive or negative result. Moreover, I could not even cancel or stop that recurring action. I just had to kill its process to continue. The second program from this suite is the Video converter. I found it very similar to the DVD ripper. The only difference that I noticed was the formats accepted as original sources. The converter allows not only DVD file formats and folders, but also other video files. The tree of the loaded files is presented differently - each file is placed as an independent item. The third program is the DVD creator which helps you create ISO files and DVD folders from the selected video files. Similarly to the first two programs, the loaded files are presented as a list. You may preview any of the loaded files and decide which of them to burn. Here you may also edit the audio track for each file and set up a subtitle. The last app which comes with this package is iPhone Transfer. It's worth mentioning that the program facilitates the transfer of information from iPhone to computer, from PC to smart phones, and among different types of Apple devices. Finally, I consider this suite a complex set of tools that can create DVD files and folders and convert media files to mobile specific formats with high quality and fast speed.
