3DBrainExplorer is designed as lightweight, Open Source and OpenGL-based 3D renderer for scientific visualization of volumetric data or NIfTI. 3DBrainExplorer features real-time image manipulation, AAL brain labels (Tzourio-Mazoyer et al., 2002), SPM5 statistical images and stereo display.
