EasyForms handles www forms, without ANY need for scripting or customizing. It can both send the forms as a readable E-mail messages (with extra info on the user), and put the information directly into an MS-Access Database. The program is fully configurable from www. It also allows for the interrogation of the database it creates remotely. No hussle: once the program is setup up, you can write as many forms as you would like, and change them as often as you like.
