DAR Car is an Android app that plays recordings of AM/FM/net radio shows with fast-forward, rewind and 30 sec skip button. You can use DAR.fm and DAR Car to schedule, download, stream, and play back radio when it is convenient for you.To use this app you must sign up for a free account at DAR.fm. Then, select the radio show you wish to record (such as NPR, Beck, Rush, Hendrie, Lady Brain or any show from catalog of 16,000+) and every broadcast will be recorded. Or choose a periodic recording from any of the 5,000+ radio stations.How to configure DAR Car:1. Use your web browser to log in to www.dar.fm and record some radio shows.2. Click on the Settings link3. Copy (or write down) your download URL. 4. Open DAR Car and go to Menu > Add5. Type in the download URL from the DAR.fm Settings pageDAR Car will then automatically download and stream the recording of every radio broadcast for listening in car, bus, subway, walking around, or anywhere you go.
