A Firefox add-on that treats plain text URLs as links Treats selected plain text urls, and email addresses as links and adds options to the context menu on how to use these.text/plain is a little extension I wrote to address the problem of people who can/do not write real links in their pages. Here are some key features of "text/plain": For selected URLs: · open it in the current browser · open it in a new window · open it in a new tab · bookmark it · text/plain allows you to save it on your hard-drive disk For selected emails: · open a message compose window with it · add it to the address book (if mail/news is installed) Requirements: · Firefox 3.6 to 3.7a1pre What's New in This Release: · Text/plain now works correctly with Firefox 3.6+.
