X11 Extension is a background application that makes it easy to launch X11 apps, X11 documents, Window Managers and Desktops. My purpose is to integrate X11 and Mac OS X.Requirements:· Apple's X11 from the Mac OS X 10.3 > install cd or ; Apple's X11 SDK fom the Mac OS X 10.3 > install cd (Developer Tools)· Fink (If you want to install more then just X11) ; OpenOffice (If you want a office) http://porting.openoffice.org/mac/ooo-osx_downloads.html· Note: you can download NeoOffice too now http://www.neooffice.org/· Apple has removed older versions of X11 :-(· First install Apple's X11 then X11 SDK if you want to install more.· Then go to the Fink download page and follow the instructions.· If you want OpenOffice too download it and install it.· To let Fink know that you have installed Apple's X11 run the "Install system-xfree86" terminal script in the installers folder.· In the installers folder you will find components that you can install with Fink.
