Toucan tasks is a versatile and comprehensive application that offers you an easy-to-use calendar, todo list, project manager and a note taking feature. What is more, Toucan tasks is cross platform and uses iCloud to automatically synchronize your events, tasks, notes and projects across all your Mac computers and iOS devices. The intuitive interface enables you to quickly and easily add, edit or remove tasks, events and notes in just a couple of seconds. From Toucan tasks’ main window you have instant access to the built-in calendar that can help you schedule and reschedule multiple events. You can add an unlimited number of events and apply customizable labels and reminders. You can also specify the period of time required by the event and setup individual alarms. By right clicking on an event, you can easily delete it, postpone it to the next day, week, month or year, clear all day or complete events and create a new task using this event. Toucan tasks also offers a built-in search feature capable to highlight the notes, events and tasks containing the typed word. The Todo tab helps you keep track of all your tasks and assign them different priority levels. Moreover, you can assign a task to your calendar and attach a note, image or file with just a few mouse clicks. The Notes feature is very simple and can be used to write notes and lists. The Project Management tab, on the other hand, is a bit more complex and allows you to handle multiple companies, associate products and tasks to them. To every existing product you can easily attach files, images and notes. All in all, Toucan tasks is a handy and practical utility that enables you to keep track of all your events, setup reminders, manage your tasks, write notes and lists, and handle multiple projects, companies and products.
