Tomoe Description

An open source handwriting character recognition engine Tomoe (Tegaki Online MOji recognition Engine) is a free and open source software solution which provides a handwriting recognition engine.Here, "Tegaki" means "Handwriting" and "Moji" means "Letter" in Japanese. Currently Tomoe supports only Japanese, but it is planned to also support other languages such as Chinese.NOTE: Tomoe is provided and licensed under the terms of the GNU Library or Lesser General Public License (LGPL).
