Tag-DB Description

Tag-DB is a free, open-source and lightweight application for running the de novo sequencing algorithm PepNovo+.In addition, Tag-DB holds the possibiliy to search derived short amino acid sequences (so-called tags) against a protein database in order to retrieve peptide and protein identifications. Tag-DB is a cross-platform utility capable of running on any operating system that comes with Java support (e.g. Mac OS X, Windows, Linux).
