Designed to help you keep your email accounts spam free, SPAMfighter is a very easy to use application that also allows you to set up your own ignore filters. SPAMfighter comes with a Mail extension that must be installed for the application to function properly. By default, SPAMfighter comes with its status bar menu icon active: this way you will have quick and intuitive access to its Settings panel. You can decide to have the SPAMfighter icon present in your Dock if your status bar is too cluttered, but you may also choose to have them both enabled: bottom line, at least one of the two icons must be active at all times. From the SPAMfighter Settings panel you can add entries to the Blacklist and Whitelist panels (email addresses or entire domains) or enable some of the language filters (the options include Receive Always and Remove Always). Furthermore, you can adjust the SPAMfighter filter sensitivity (very soft, soft, default, hard, very hard), access the activity logs or install/uninstall the Mail extension. SPAMfighter is a great tool if you are looking for a straightforward solution to set up and manage personalized email filters while taking advantage of the app’s efficient spam detection capabilities.
