Easy-to-use scripts for cleanly building and installing Wine on Mac OS X The goal of the OS X Wine Builder project is to provide Mac users a directory hierarchy for the software that is needed when installing Wine on Mac OS X. All building and installation takes place in the user's home directory. The installation is entirely in user-space, and should not require any write access to system directories, sudo or root user privileges, or any other form of admin access.If Xcode/Developer Tools or X11 packages are not installed on the system, you will need admin access to get these prerequisites taken care of.NOTE: If the download does not work or the browser opens the linked file as plain text, you will have to right click on the download link and then select "Save link as" in Firefox or "Download linked file as" in Safari.
