NoFlicker Extension Description

Firefox add-on that removes all fonts related to CSS rules of hover elements. Quite some web developers seem to think that it is a good idea to make the font bold when hovering over e.g. a link.With most fonts however, the width of the text then changes dramatically causing a flickering or even a reflow in the text, sometimes you even can witness endless flickering if placing your mouse in a strategic place.This extension works around this by removing all font related CSS rules of ":hover" elements. It can be configured via an about:config variable.The NoFlicker Extension addon is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux. NoFlicker Extension removes the the flicker-prone style elements of hover rules.Requirements:· Firefox: 3.0 3.0.*
