Ninja Description

NINJA is an application that can be used for large-scale neighbor-joining phylogeny inference. NINJA requires alignment inputs, but also works with pairwise distance matrices. It will produce a distance matrix and tree file. Being developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
