Nap Description

Nap is a simple status bar menu application designed to let you know when you should take a break from your computer. Nap allows you to set up the work and intervals and then monitors the time you spend in front of your Mac. When the work period is done, it will initially send a reminder, then the entire screen is blurred. NOTE: To buy Nap via the AppStore an Apple account is required.
