My-Health-History is a comprehensive software package to record your and your family's medical and health history and important documents.Everytime I go to the doctor's office the first thing they ask for is a list of my medications, dosages and how long have I been taking them. This usually means digging out the shoe box of pill bottles and listing all the prescriptions. Wouldn't it be nice if I could go to my computer and just print a list to take with me?For many people, lab test results are a meaningless page of numbers.
