Insert Hyperlinks to files stored on a network drive into mail and news messages in Microsoft Entourage Insert File URL is a free and simple to use script that inserts a hyperlink to a chosen file (or files) into a new message window. Useful to save time and space by emailing links to shared documents instead of attaching the document to an email. It is much more efficient to email a co-worker a link to a file, instead of attaching the file itself. This link will be 'hot' - they can click on in in the received message and the original file will be opened on their computer (assuming they have the necessary access rights for where it is stored on your network).Installation: Copy the Insert File URL script in the Entourage Script Menu items folder (you'll find it in the Microsoft User Data folder in your Documents folder).
