A simple extension that offers you a customized status bar for Safari The Gentle Status Bar for Safari simulates the behavior of the Chrome's status bar. The Gentle Status Bar does not load in iFrames such as Tumblr’s upper-right-hand-corner buttons. Requirements: · Safari 5 or later What's New in This Release: · Show page loading progress like the standard Safari status bar. This would be great, but it appears that some intense javascript analysis of the page would be required to traverse the page hierarchy as it loads. This would add a lot of complexity to the extension, and possibly result in pages loading more slowly. · Key combos/keys are set up differently than what the script defaults to. · Using this extension breaks Yahoo! Mail keyboard shortcuts. The text is too big/small.
