After you launch it, it will show you a list with your favourite albums, that you haven't listened for a while. Simply choose one of the albums from the menu bar to start playing it in iTunes.If you let it, Forgotten For iTunes runs all of the time, keeping track of what you play, waiting for you to call on it for something to listen to.Forgotten For iTunes doesn't transmit any personal or album data, and doesn't keep its own database of your music.
