FAIF Description

Free, open source and fast artificial intelligence framework FAIF is a C++ librariy for bioinformatics and artificial intelligence. Portable C++ library defines basic abstractions (like state, space, attribute etc.), DNA primitives (Nucleotide, Chain, EnergyNucleo, SecStruct, FoldedChain, FoldedPair, Codon, CodonAminoTable ), some of known AI alghoritms ( Naive Bayesian Classifier, Validator ), Timeseries primitives (TimeSeriesDigit, TimeSeriesReal, linear resampling) and others (Command pattern, Random generators). The main goal is bioinformatics applications, where simple and portable library is needed.NOTE: FAIF is licensed and distributed under the terms of the GNU Library or Lesser General Public License (LGPL).
