Copy To... Description
Copy files to another folder on your computer. As a longtime Windows user, I have become quite accustomed to having the "Copy To" and "Move To" items right at my fingertips in the Windows Explorer toolbar. So when I bought my first PowerBook several months ago I was at a loss, because not only did these items not exist in the Finder, there was really no easy way to move files at all! So in my frustration I created this simple Applescript 'droplet' that works just like the "Copy To" item from Windows Explorer. Drag and drop files on the application's icon in the Finder to copy those specific files to another folder on your computer. Excellent!
