Copy text selections from EndNote X to Mellel or other word processors Copy Citations to Mellel utilizes UI scripting to copy citations of references selected in EndNote X library window and paste them in the active window of Mellel (or another text editor or word processor).Notes:· To use this script with another application, change the value of the theEditor property from Mellel to the displayed name of that application, and change the name of the script file from "Copy Citations to Mellel" to "Copy Citations to ".· The script uses GUI scripting to paste the references selected in Mellel, and it relies on EndNote's command-C shortcut and the Mellel's command-V shortcut. If the editor's "Paste" command does not have this shortcut, or if the shortcut has been reassigned, the script's results are unpredictable.· The script was designed for Mellel, which doesn't support AppleScript. If you are using it with another application, which supports AppleScript, you should modify the script to paste the references through script commands, which is safer. Requirements: · GUI scripting enabled · EndNote X · Mellel (or another text editor or word processor)
