Paperless geocaching at a higher level Cache 901 is a free and open source application for paperless geocaching. Cache 901 will allow you to easily manage a large collection of caches locally. Here are some key features of "Cache 901": · store all data into an sqlite database · read gpx/loc files from geocaching.com · have basic gui · provide basic searching of the db · complete gpsbabel python interface · Read location/position from GPS · Have multiple stored locations for search origin points · Provide advanced database searching (include all options from pocket queries) · Put saved searches on the menu bar · have gui show locations of caches relative to origin (basically, map them out) · Provide logging within Cache901.
