Automator utility for adding custom Spotlight keywords to multiple files at once Batch Apply Spotlight Keywords is an Automator based tool which allows you to add your own keywords to a single file, or entire folders, so they'll show up on your next Spotlight search results!Apply as many keywords as you like, such as "invoice", "John Doe", "Grand Canyon trip" to instantly retrieve your files using Spotlight. Useful for proprietary files which don't support metadata yet, as well as files which may not include the desired keywords.Usage:1. Select a file (or several files) or a folder (or several folders).2. Choose whether you'd like to apply the keywords to all subfolders or not.3. Type the desired keywords, separated by spaces or commas.4. Check whether you'd like to add your keywords to the existing ones (highly recommended), or replace them entirely.5. Once the operation has completed, use Spotlight to try your keywords, alone or in combination with others.
