Back Me Up Description
Automator workflow for backing up your data Back Me Up is a free and AppleScript based Automator workflow that will allow you to back up a folder to a given location using rsync.Basically what it is doing, is taking the files or folders you want copied and putting it where you want. When you run the program again, and you backup the same folder, it will compare the 2, and copy only the changed files/folders.NOTE: Make sure you read the included README file before running the workflow on your Mac or else it will not work.
