This version of Anonycat, like the main site, only acts as a proxy for light content (html, xhtml, css, js) so bandwidth usage is not an issue for home users. To run Anonycat on your own computer, you'll need to install a webserver that can host servlets, such as Tomcat. Once you've installed the webserver, download the anonycat and parserlib jar files.Place both jar files in the tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib folder (unless you want to configure a new web-application folder). You should then be able to run Anonycat through the following url: http://:8080/servlet/varsitech.anonycat.AnonycatServlet.
