Allelogram Description

A program for normalizing and binning microsatellite genotypes Allelogram is based on the Sequana Therapeutics, that in its second phase of development, was included by its designers into the LIMS system and used in conjunction with a Sybase database. Later, the developers have developed one version of the project in C++ too and this one works with text files. The current version is like the second version, working from text files, and has substantially the same feature set. Allelogram is written in Java to support Mac OSX and other platforms, as Windows, for instance. Requirements: · Java 1.5 or later
