xCellerator Description

Mathematica package for biological modeling xCellerator is a free and open source package for Mathematica, designed to help biological modeling via the automated conversion of chemical reactions into ODEs. xCellerator is backwards compatible with the reaction syntax defined in Cellerator, but uses a completely different algorithm to perform the translation. NOTE: xCellerator is licensed and distributed under the terms of the GNU Library or Lesser General Public License (LGPL).
