Open source and comprehensive Python interface for the mcrypt library python-mcrypt is a comprehensive Python interface to the mcrypt library, which is a library providing a uniform interface to several symmetric encryption algorithms. python-mcrypt is intended to have a simple interface to access encryption algorithms in ofb, cbc, cfb, ecb and stream modes. The algorithms python-mcrypt supports are DES, 3DES, RIJNDAEL, Twofish, ARCFOUR, SERPENT, IDEA, GOST, CAST-256, SAFER+, and more.NOTE: python-mcrypt is licensed and provided under the terms of the Lesser General Public License.
