Free and open source library that will help you split mpeg files mpegsplit can split a system mpeg stream into the contained packet streams, especially plain video and audio streams. It is now a reentrant library that could be expanded into a multi-purpose reader of mpeg-encoded packet-streams.NOTE: mpegsplit is licensed and distributed under the terms of the BSD License. What's New in This Release: · change some documentation to point out that the project is probably superseded by other projects.
