iQueue Description

Small app that can help you create smart playlists and act as an iTunes controller Music is great! That is probably why you have your iTunes library stuffed with all sort of tracks. But who wants to spend more time finding a song in iTunes, and then waiting for it to end so you can find a new one, than actually enjoying your music? Wouldn't it be better to be able to pop into iTunes, select a few songs you want to play next, and then get on with life? Well iQueue brings you that, and more! With iQueue you can select a song in iTunes and with a quick hotkey, add it to your queue, a list of songs that will play in order. You can rearrange your queue, delete from it, shuffle it, and even export it as a playlist to iTunes. But iQueue is more than just that. It is also a full-fledged iTunes controller, where you can play/pause, go back and forward in your library, turn shuffle or repeat on or off, control iTunes' volume, and rate the current song. All of this is packed into an elegant little package of crisp reflected album art.How to use:· Command-Option-B to add the song selected in iTunes to the back of your queue· Command-Option-F to add the song to the front· Click on the left side of the album art to switch between "Now Playing" and "Next" view· Click on the right side of the album art to open each view's respective controlsNOTE: The iQueue app can only be purchased via the Mac App Store (the buy link redirects you to its App Store page). To purchase/download applications via the App Store an Apple account is required. What's New in This Release: · Name/artist details have a back-panel for better visibility · Names/artists that are too long will scroll · A timeline for the currently playing song · For users with multi-monitor setups (especially vertically oriented), pressing Command-Option-S will move iQueue between monitors · Small bug fixes
