Automator workflow that helps you copy images from iPhoto to your S700i Sony Ericsson phone The Sony Ericsson S700i has a large, high quality screen that is great for viewing photos. Combine this with its portability and memory stick duo storage, and you have a great medium for showing off photos to friends and family from iPhoto. iPhoto to S700i is a free and easy to use Automator workflow which aims to make this as seamless and unproblematic as possible.The iPhoto to S700i workflow first creates the folder ‘S700i Slideshow’ in your pictures folder, deleting any old photos that were in that folder if you have used this workflow before. iPhoto to S700i then takes the photos from the album ‘S700i Slideshow’ in iPhoto, copies them to this folder, renames and resizes them so they can be viewed on your S700i. Currently, photos in portrait orientation are not rotated, but are padded so they can be viewed without rotation of your phone. This is my personal preference, so feel free to alter the workflow as you see fit. BEFORE running the iPhoto to S700i workflow read the included README file to see how to configure it to run correctly on your Mac.WARNING: The iPhoto to S700i workflow deletes any images taken on your phone and replaces them with those from iphoto. Make sure any fresh images in the dcim folder on the memory stick have been transferred elsewhere before running this workflow. iPhoto to S700i also has to empty the trash at some point, so make sure any other files in the trash are meant to be there.
